Lennox Mutual is a “life en-surance” company, here to help you make the most of the time you have. Alternately, it’s a live, serialized theatrical experience, curated just for you.

Who is Lennox Mutual for?
Mystery-lovers, theater fans, sci-fi nerds, meditators, poetry appreciators, stargazers, note-takers, music makers, folks who hate bureaucracy, folks who love bureaucracy, (slow) burners, assholes, the spiritual, the agnostic, D&D enthusiasts, alternate reality gamers, purpose-seekers, time-wasters, the sick, the enlightened, those born on a day ending in -y, and/or anyone with a mobile phone.

How long does Lennox Mutual take?
Each session lasts between 22-27 minutes. Some may be longer depending on your choices, but your representative will check in with you before adding time.

Right, but how long does it take to finish the whole thing? Does it end?
The universe is estimated to be approximately 13.77 billion years old, give or take 0.059. And yes, it does end.

Is this pre-recorded? Is it AI?
No and no. Our customer service department is a team of live representatives.

Is it scary?
Your time with Lennox Mutual may get personal and intense, but our system is not designed to scare you.

How do I stop a session?
If you’d like to stop a session at any time, just say our safe phrase – “TRAFFIC LIGHT” – and the call will conclude immediately. Participant and facilitator alike may use the safe phrase at any time, for any reason. Use of the safe phrase will be followed by a brief (10-20 second) check-in, as well as the option to decompress with a representative of Candle House Collective “out of world.” Using the safe phrase will not prevent you from booking future sessions.

Can I do a session with a friend/group?
Your sessions with Lennox Mutual are yours, and things may get personal. We urge you to participate alone, with minimal distractions. That said, if you’re seeking answers or community, you can join the conversation on Reddit – but beware of spoilers.

Do I have to do more than one call?
We recommend booking 2-3 sessions to start, but you can book as many as you like. Your first session is just the tip of the iceberg.

What if I want to take a break from booking sessions?
You can explore Lennox Mutual at your own pace. Rest assured: whether you’re gone for a week or a year, Lennox Mutual will remember you when you return.

Is there an age restriction?
Lennox Mutual is recommended for audiences 16 and up. Audiences under 18 must have a parent or guardian’s permission.

How do I find out when more times are available?

I'm outside the USA. Can I still participate? Are there added fees?
Lennox Mutual is available anywhere in the world. There are no additional fees or special preparations needed for participating outside the USA – just book your session(s) and let us take care of the rest.
